Hello! I'm Diane...

I help people improve their fitness, lose weight and build muscle by training, supporting and educating them on living a healthy lifestyle.

I believe that everyone deserves to be happy, happiness for me comes from an ability to look after my family, run around with my children and be a good role model for them.

My aim is to empower people to take responsibility for their physical health, through education, improved nutrition and regular exercise.

1-1 Personal Training

45 - 60 minute face to face PT sessions, tailored to your goals and abilities.

Personal Training includes use of the Trainerize App with access to workouts outside sessions, calorie and protein targets that are calculated specifically for your goals and ongoing accountability.

Small Group PT

I run Small Group PT sessions aimed at busy parents on the school run. It is fast, fun and effective and it sets you up for the day!

Online Coaching

I provide a step by step programme, delivering daily targets and workouts via an App that can be completed at home or in the gym, with ongoing support and accountability.
